How Brooklyn Data helps Heap users
We are an official Heap Implementation Partner, which means we have the training and experience to run onboardings for new Heap customers. Our team of Heap Certified staff operates as an extension of Heap’s in-house professional services team and helps Heap customers from implementation through advanced analysis. We help our clients create custom events, user properties, segments, and dashboards to understand user behavior and make data driven product and marketing decisions.
